Whether it’s a personalised gift, branded merchandise, or customised uniforms, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and handle your order.
Where We Deliver
We offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates, and also cater to international customers. No matter where you’re located, we’ll do our best to bring your custom order to you.
UAE Shipping Timeframes
- Orders are processed in 2–3 working days, depending on the customisation required.
- Once ready, delivery takes approximately 1 working day.
- Most UAE orders arrive within 3–4 working days in total.
If you’re working with a tight deadline, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm if we’re able to meet your requested timeline.
UAE Shipping Fees
- Free delivery on orders AED 300 and above
- AED 25 delivery fee for online payments under AED 300
- AED 30 delivery fee for Cash on Delivery orders
- Cash on Delivery is available up to AED 1,000
Please note: Delivery agents will call the phone number listed in your order. Please keep your number active to avoid any delivery delays.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change — however, once an order has entered processing, we are unable to accept cancellations. As most of our products are made to order, we encourage you to double-check the details before confirming your purchase. This helps avoid any confusion for both parties.

International Shipping
International orders are quoted based on the parcel size and destination. Shipping fees start from AED 50. You’ll either:
- Receive a confirmation of shipping cost via email once we’ve reviewed your order, or
- You’re welcome to contact us before placing your order to confirm your shipping fees in advance.
Delivery times vary depending on the service selected:
- Express shipping: 5–7 working days
- Standard shipping: Up to 14 working days
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import charges. These are the responsibility of the customer/whoever receives the parcel.
Order Processing & Timelines
- Orders are processed between Saturday and Thursday
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the following working day
- Customised items may take slightly longer depending on design complexity — we’ll keep you informed if that’s the case
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a message or email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door.
