Thanks so much for shopping with Keepsake Dubai — we hope you loved your purchase! But if something didn’t turn out quite right, no worries. We’re here to help you with returns or exchanges in just a few easy steps.

RETURNS
1. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to return an item. Just make sure it’s in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it — don’t forget your proof of purchase too!

2. Items That Can’t Be Returned
We do our best to be flexible, but a few items aren’t eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Anything marked non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Used, damaged, or altered products

3. How to Return an Item

Send us your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed. Once approved, we’ll email you a refund acceptance form along with detailed return instructions. Please pack your item securely, include the form inside, and ship it back to the address we provide.

4. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If we’ve made an error (like sending the wrong item or a defective one), we’ll arrange a courier pickup at no extra cost to you — easy and stress-free!
  • For all other returns, customers will need to cover the shipping fees. We highly recommend choosing a tracked delivery service, just to make sure your parcel makes it safely back to us.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
5. How Refunds Work 💰
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you by email. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note, it might take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

6. Need an Exchange?
No problem at all! If you’d like a different size, color, or product, just reach out and we’ll take care of it. We’ll walk you through returning the original item and sending out the replacement. Exchanges are based on availability, but we’ll do our best to make it happen!

7. Received Something Damaged?
We’re so sorry about that! If anything arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away with photos of the item. We’ll arrange for a quick replacement or refund based on what works best for you.
