1. Enquiry or Order
- Reach out via website, WhatsApp, email, or visit us in-store
- Share your idea, artwork, or product need — whether personal, promotional, or bulk
Or simply place an order through our online shop or in-store
2. Design & Artwork Review
- Our design team reviews your files
- We check for resolution, format, and print feasibility
- If anything needs adjusting, we’ll get in touch before we begin
3. Approval & Payment
- Online payments or Cash on Delivery (up to AED 1,000)
- Once everything is confirmed and approved, your order enters production
4. Production
- Printing, embroidery, or whatever customization method best suits your product
- Quality checks at every stage
- Timeline: Typically ready in 3-4 working days (or sooner if required)
5. Dispatch or Pick-Up
- Delivery via Sky Express (UAE) or international courier
- Or choose Click & Collect from our Jumeirah store
- Free delivery on UAE orders over AED 300
6. After-Sales Support
- Need changes? We’re happy to help (within 12 hours of placing the order)
