Where are you located?
We operate from two locations:
- Our main store is inside Classic Quilts at Shop 36–37, Jumeirah Plaza, Beach Road, Jumeirah 1, Dubai, UAE
- Our production unit is based in Ajman Industrial Area

What are your working hours?
We’re open Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Our store is closed on Fridays, but we do our best to respond to online queries all week long!
ORDER QUESTIONS
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Not at all! You can order a single piece or more — no minimums for most of our standard products. For items like USBs or pens (shown under bulk sections), minimums may apply. Contact us for details.
What does your pricing include?
Pricing depends on the product and the section you’re shopping from. Under ‘Shop’, prices include the garment and graphic printing. Under ‘Create’, pricing depends on whether you choose printing or embroidery.
How do I know which size is right for me?
Every product page includes a size chart to help you pick the perfect fit.
What file format should I upload for customisation?
High-resolution image files are best! Our team will review each upload and reach out if there are any issues.
Can I bring my own item for customisation?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own items to our Dubai store — we’ll take care of the rest.
What is the maximum print size you offer?
We can print up to A3 size on most items. Some materials may be limited to A4 — but we’ll contact you before printing if that’s the case.
Which customisation method do you use?
We offer heat transfer, sublimation, DTG, embroidery, and more. Our team selects the best method for your design and product. Have a preference? Leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards online. Cash on delivery is available for UAE orders below AED 1,000.
AFTER ORDER IS PLACED
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’re happy to cancel it. Please reach out as soon as possible at [email protected] or call us. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
Can I make changes to my order?
Absolutely — within 12 hours of placing it. Call or email us with your order number and change request.
Will I be notified once my order is confirmed?
Yes! Our team will confirm your order via email. If there’s any issue or doubt with your file or product, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
Will the colours fade or wash off?
Our prints and embroidery are made to last! Just avoid ironing directly over prints and always wash in cold or lukewarm water.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long does it take to get my order?
We typically process orders in 2–3 working days. Delivery takes 1 more day. Expect your order within 3–4 working days (UAE).
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order is dispatched.
What are your delivery charges?
- Free delivery on UAE orders over AED 300
- AED 25 for orders below AED 300 (online payment)
- AED 30 for Cash on Delivery
How can I avoid delivery charges?
You can select Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our Dubai store.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International shipping starts at AED 50. Shipping cost and timeline depends on location and parcel size. We’ll confirm fees after reviewing your order — or feel free to check with us beforehand.
How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Dubai store, approved refunds are processed within 3 working days.
BULK ORDERS
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes! Orders over 10 items qualify for discounted pricing. The bigger the quantity, the better the discount. Check our Bulk Orders page or contact us for a custom quote.
Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
Definitely. We offer sample products so you can check the quality — and we can also produce logo/print samples on request.
